Beast Construction Inc was built around a simple frustration: too many projects fail in the gaps between contractors. So we became the contractor who owns those gaps — from clearing and excavation through concrete, structure and finish work.

Every experienced property owner has the same story. The excavator blames the concrete crew, the concrete crew blames the grader, the grader says the plans were wrong, and the owner pays for all three opinions. That pattern is not a people problem — it is a structural problem with how construction work gets divided up.
Beast Construction Inc, part of Beast Holding Inc., was organized to remove those seams. We started with heavy civil capability — excavation, land clearing, grading, drainage and underground utilities — because that is the foundation everything else sits on, and it is where the most expensive mistakes are made invisibly. Then we added the vertical and finish trades so a client could hand over an entire project instead of managing a relay race.
Today we operate as a premium general contractor and heavy civil builder in Virginia, Florida, Utah, California and Wyoming. Virginia is home base and our busiest market, with work concentrated in Victoria, Lunenburg County, Brunswick County, Dinwiddie County, Southside and Central Virginia and the greater Richmond area. Our range runs from a single driveway culvert to complete commercial site development and ground-up construction.
What We Actually Believe
Construction is a trust business dressed up as a technical one. Clients cannot verify most of what they buy — they cannot see whether the base was compacted, whether the rebar was chaired up, whether the drain has an outlet, whether the ledger was flashed. That asymmetry is exactly why our standards have to be internal rather than inspection-driven.
So we document. Photos of footing steel before the pour. Compaction test locations. Utility depths and sleeve locations. Drainage outfalls. Not because a code official demanded it, but because in year three, when someone asks a question, the answer should be a photograph rather than an argument.
Safety Is A Production Strategy
Trench collapses, struck utilities and equipment incidents are not just tragedies — they are also the fastest way to destroy a schedule and a budget. We treat safety as an operating discipline: 811 locates before every dig without exception, trenches sloped, benched or shored to depth, spoil set back from excavation edges, ladders and egress in place, competent-person inspections, spotters around swinging equipment, and daily site housekeeping so nobody is climbing over debris.
Our crews are trained on the equipment they operate, and our superintendents have authority to stop work when conditions are wrong. Weather, saturated subgrade or a missing locate are all valid reasons to lose a day. Compacting saturated fill to protect a schedule is how you end up rebuilding it.
Where We Work & What That Requires
Working in five states means five sets of licensing rules, permitting processes, stormwater regulations, frost depths, soil behaviors and building code amendments. Florida construction is designed around wind load, high water tables and sandy soils. Utah and Wyoming demand deep frost footings and account for rock and snow load. California layers stringent permitting, stormwater and wildfire mitigation expectations on top of everything else. Virginia brings clay soils, heavy seasonal rain and county-by-county erosion control enforcement.

Is Beast Construction Inc licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation coverage and hold the contractor licensing required in the jurisdictions where we work. Because licensing classifications and thresholds differ across Virginia, Florida, Utah, California and Wyoming, our office confirms and provides current license and insurance documentation for your specific project on request.
Who owns Beast Construction Inc?
Beast Construction Inc operates as part of Beast Holding Inc. Being part of a holding company gives us the equipment base, bonding capacity and administrative depth to run multi-state work, while the construction company itself stays focused on field execution.
Do you use your own crews or subcontractors?
Both, deliberately. Excavation, site work, concrete and general carpentry are handled by our own crews and equipment. Licensed specialty trades such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical and abatement are performed by qualified partners we work with repeatedly and supervise directly. You still have one contract and one point of accountability.
What size projects do you take?
From a single failed sewer lateral or a backyard patio up to full commercial site development and ground-up construction. Small work matters to us because it is how most long-term client relationships start. If a project genuinely is not a fit for us, we will say so rather than take it and underperform.
How do you handle change orders?
In writing, before the work happens, whenever it is physically possible. Site conditions do change — rock, groundwater, buried debris, a rotten header nobody could see behind drywall. When that happens you get photos, an explanation and a priced option the same day, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
