SMS Terms & Mobile Messaging Policy
These terms govern text messages sent by Beast Construction Inc. They explain exactly what you are agreeing to when you opt in, how often we message, how to stop, and our commitment that your mobile number and messaging consent are never shared for marketing.
Last updated: August 5, 2026 · Program operator: Beast Construction Inc, a Beast Holding Inc. company
The short version. We text you only if you asked us to. We send project updates, and separately, seasonal offers if you checked that box too. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
1. Program Description
Beast Construction Inc operates two separate text messaging programs. You may opt into either, both, or neither, and opting in is never required to request an estimate, sign a contract, or receive any service from us.
- Project & Service Alerts (transactional)
- Messages tied to a specific inquiry or job: confirmation that we received your estimate request, scheduling and site-visit windows, crew arrival notices, equipment delivery timing, permit and inspection status, weather and delay notices, punch-list and completion follow-up, invoice reminders, and warranty check-ins. Typical frequency is 2–8 messages per month while a project is active, and effectively none between projects.
- Seasonal Offers & Reminders (marketing)
- Occasional promotional messages such as pre-season grading and drainage reminders, storm-season preparation, driveway sealing windows, and limited pricing on scheduled fill-in work. Typical frequency is up to 4 messages per month.
Message frequency varies in both programs. Message and data rates may apply according to your plan with your wireless carrier. Beast Construction Inc does not charge you for text messages.
2. How We Obtain Your Consent
We send messages only after you give express written consent. We obtain it in one of four ways:
- Website form. You enter your mobile number and check an unchecked text-messaging box on our contact form or the estimate form on our home page. The consent language appears directly beside the box.
- Verbally. You give your number to an estimator or office staff member and confirm that you want text updates. We log the date, time and staff member, and the first message we send identifies us and tells you how to stop.
- On paper. You write your mobile number on an estimate, proposal, contract or job ticket beside the printed messaging consent line and initial it.
- By texting us first. You send a text message to one of our published numbers.
Our consent checkboxes are never pre-checked, are never bundled with any other permission, and are never a condition of purchase or of receiving an estimate. Transactional consent and marketing consent are always collected as two separate choices. We do not buy, rent, import or otherwise acquire mobile numbers from any list, lead seller, data broker or third party.
3. How To Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message from us and the program ends immediately. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging the opt-out, after which we send nothing further. We also honor END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and REVOKE.
You may also opt out by calling (833) BY-BEAST or (801) 407-9448, by emailing help@beastconstructioninc.com, or by telling any Beast Construction employee in person. Opting out of texts does not cancel your project, and we will still reach you by phone and email about work in progress. If you opt out of marketing messages only, transactional project messages continue unless you ask us to stop those too.
4. How To Get Help
Reply HELP to any message and we will respond with our business name, a description of the program, and contact details. For anything a text cannot solve, call (833) BY-BEAST or (801) 407-9448 during business hours, Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm, or email help@beastconstructioninc.com.
5. Carriers And Delivery
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging is not a reliable channel for urgent or emergency communication: if you have an active safety issue on a jobsite, a struck utility line, or a structural or storm emergency, call us directly rather than texting, and call 911 first for any situation involving injury, gas, or downed electrical lines.
6. Mobile Information Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service used strictly to deliver the messages you requested. Sharing information with subcontractors that provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service, is permitted only to operate the service you asked for. All other categories of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
We do not sell, rent, trade or lease mobile numbers. We do not use mobile numbers for targeted advertising, audience matching, or cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not upload them to advertising platforms.
7. What We Collect And Keep
- Your mobile number.
- The date, time and source of your opt-in, and the exact wording of the consent you agreed to.
- The content of messages sent to you and received from you.
- Delivery results and any opt-out event, including the date and keyword used.
We retain opt-in and opt-out records for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can demonstrate compliance if a carrier, regulator or you ask us to. Message content connected to an active or completed project is retained with that project file under the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. You may ask us what we hold and request deletion of anything we are not legally required to keep by emailing help@beastconstructioninc.com.
8. Security
We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to a construction business: access to messaging accounts is limited to staff who need it, accounts require strong authentication, and devices used to send business messages are password protected. No transmission method is perfectly secure, and text messages in particular are not encrypted end to end, so please do not send payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers or other sensitive identifiers by text.
9. Eligibility And Acceptable Use
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized subscriber or user of the mobile number you provide to opt into our messaging programs. Do not enter someone else's number. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us so that we do not message the next person who receives it. We may suspend messaging to any number that appears to be entered without authorization or that generates carrier violation reports.
10. Changes To These Terms
We may update these terms as our programs or carrier requirements change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes to how we use mobile information will be reflected here before they take effect. Continuing to participate after an update means you accept the revised terms; if you do not, reply STOP.
