Hiring one contractor who owns all of them removes the seams where schedules slip, elevations disagree and responsibility disappears. Every service below is delivered by Beast Construction Inc crews and vetted long-term partners under our supervision.

We Do The Unglamorous Parts Correctly
Anybody can move dirt. What separates a construction company you would hire twice from one you regret is what happens in the parts nobody photographs: the compaction lifts, the utility locates, the drainage outfall, the flashing detail, the joint spacing, the daily cleanup.
- One source accountability. Site work, structure and finishes on one contract.
- Written, itemized scopes. You see quantities, assumptions and exclusions.
- Real engineering respect. We build to plan and flag conflicts in writing.
- Compaction verified. Lifts and density testing where the spec requires it.
- Utility safety first. 811 on every dig, private locating when warranted.
- Permits handled. Applications, coordination and inspection scheduling.
- Clean jobsites. Debris controlled, ruts repaired, property respected.
- Straight answers. Including when the cheaper fix is the right one.
Areas we serve
Five States, One Standard Of Work
Beast Construction Inc runs work across five states with the same standards, the same written scopes and the same accountability. Licensing, permitting and inspection requirements differ in each — our office confirms the correct credentials and approvals for your jurisdiction before anyone mobilizes.
Virginia
Our primary market. Lunenburg County, Brunswick County, Dinwiddie County, Southside and Central Virginia, and the greater Richmond area — residential, agricultural, commercial and heavy civil work.
Virginia servicesFlorida
Site development, pad building, drainage and structures built for sandy soils, high water tables, heavy rainfall and hurricane-rated construction requirements.
Florida servicesUtah
Excavation, grading, utilities and construction along the Wasatch Front and in rural counties, with frost depth, rock and seismic detailing handled properly.
Utah servicesCalifornia
Site work, hardscapes, structures and fire-mitigation clearing built to California’s stringent permitting, stormwater and defensible space expectations.
California servicesWyoming
Rural and energy-adjacent work: access roads, pads, deep frost footings, ranch infrastructure, pole barns and metal buildings that stand up to wind and snow load.
Wyoming servicesNot Sure If We Cover You?
Our locations hub lists every state and the counties and metros our crews work in most. Larger projects justify a longer drive — ask us.

How a Beast project runs
Six Steps From First Call To Final Walk
Construction projects rarely fail because of skill. They fail because of unclear scope, unmanaged expectations and poor sequencing. This is how we prevent that.
Call Or Submit
Tell us what you need by phone or through the estimate form. We ask enough questions to know whether a site visit is required.
Site Visit
We walk the property, check access, soils, drainage, utilities and constraints, and talk through options and trade-offs honestly.
Written Estimate
You receive an itemized scope with quantities, materials, assumptions and exclusions — not a one-line number.
Permits & Schedule
We file permits, coordinate engineering and surveying, and give you a start window based on approvals, not optimism.
Build
Crews mobilize with a superintendent responsible for quality, safety, cleanliness and communication. You know who to call every day.
Walk & Warranty
We walk the finished work with you, close out punch items, hand over documentation and back the workmanship in writing.
Standing behind the work
Warranty & Workmanship Commitment
Every Beast Construction Inc contract includes a written workmanship warranty. The term depends on the scope — structural concrete, roofing, decks and site work each carry their own coverage period, and manufacturer warranties on materials such as shingles, decking and block pass through to you with the documentation.
What that means practically: if something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we come back and fix it. No arguing about whose crew it was, because it was ours. If a failure traces to a manufacturer defect, we help you pursue the warranty claim instead of leaving you to figure out the paperwork alone.
We also document as we go — photos of footing steel before pours, compaction locations, drainage outfalls, sleeve locations and buried utility runs. That record protects you at resale and protects everyone if a question comes up in year three.

Answers
Frequently Asked Questions
The questions homeowners, builders and developers ask us most often.
What areas does Beast Construction Inc serve?
We work in Virginia, Florida, Utah, California and Wyoming. Virginia is our primary market, with crews active in Lunenburg County, Brunswick County, Dinwiddie County, Southside and Central Virginia and the greater Richmond area. If your project sits just outside a listed area, call and ask — larger projects justify a longer drive.
Are you a general contractor or an excavation company?
Both, and that is the point. Beast Construction Inc is a general contractor with in-house heavy civil and excavation capability. We can handle only the dirt work if that is all you need, or carry a project from clearing and excavation through utilities, concrete, structure, roofing and finish work on a single contract.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Site visits and written estimates are free for residential, commercial and agricultural projects in our service areas. You get an itemized scope with assumptions and exclusions stated in plain English, so you can compare bids on equal footing instead of guessing what a lump sum includes.
How soon can you start my project?
It depends on the scope, the season and the permitting timeline in your jurisdiction. Small repairs and emergency call-outs can often be scheduled within days. Permitted work — new construction, demolition, utility connections — is usually driven by how long approvals take, not by our availability. We give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. Our office identifies which permits your project requires, prepares and files the applications, coordinates with engineers and surveyors when drawings are needed, and schedules the inspections. Requirements vary widely by state, county and municipality, so we confirm them for your specific address before work begins.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We offer payment schedules tied to project milestones and can point you toward third-party financing options for qualifying projects. See our financing page for how that works, and ask your estimator what makes sense for your scope and timeline.
