If we add analytics, advertising or chat tools in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them, including any cookies they set.

We do not ask for or want Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, financial account credentials or payment card numbers through this website. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested.
4. We Do Not Sell Your Information
Beast Construction Inc does not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own cross-context behavioral advertising. 6. Project Photographs
We photograph construction work for quality documentation, warranty records and, sometimes, marketing. We ask permission before publishing photographs of your project in our gallery or advertising, we do not publish property addresses, and on residential projects we avoid identifying details. If you prefer your project remain private, tell us and it stays private. Documentation photographs taken for quality and warranty purposes are retained in your project file regardless, and are not published.
7. Retention
Estimate inquiries that do not become projects are generally retained for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Project records — contracts, change orders, drawings, invoices, compaction and inspection documentation and photographs — are retained for the period required by applicable statutes of repose, warranty terms, licensing rules, insurance requirements and tax law, which in some states extends well beyond ten years. Applicant materials are generally retained for up to two years.

- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information we are not required to keep

California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, California residents have the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources and purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed; the right to delete personal information subject to legal exceptions; the right to correct inaccurate information; the right to opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, which does not apply because we do neither; the right to limit use of sensitive personal information; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with written authorization.
Virginia residents
Under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act, Virginia residents may confirm whether we process their personal data, access it, correct it, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects — none of which we perform. If we deny a request you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to the appeal in writing.
Utah, Florida and Wyoming residents
We honor access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests from residents of every state in which we operate, applying the same process described above whether or not a specific statute requires it.
9. Mobile Messaging And Text Message Data
This section applies to the text messaging program operated by Beast Construction Inc and satisfies the disclosure requirements that United States wireless carriers apply to business text messaging (A2P 10DLC).
How we obtain your mobile number and consent. We collect your mobile number and your express written consent when you (a) check a text-messaging box on a form on this website, (b) give the number verbally to an estimator or office staff member and confirm that you want text updates, (c) write it on a paper estimate, contract or job ticket next to the messaging consent line, or (d) send a text message to one of our published numbers. Consent boxes on our forms are never pre-checked, are always separate from other permissions, and are never required in order to submit a form, receive an estimate, or buy anything from us.
What we send. Service and transactional messages about your estimate, schedule, crew arrival windows, permits, inspections, weather delays, invoices and warranty follow-up; and, only if you separately opted in, occasional promotional messages such as seasonal service reminders. Message frequency varies by project and by program. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.
What we store. Your mobile number, the date, time and source of your opt-in, the wording of the consent you agreed to, the messages sent and received, and any opt-out event. We keep opt-in and opt-out records for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward so that we can demonstrate compliance if we are ever asked to.
No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service used strictly to deliver the messages you requested. We do not sell, rent or trade mobile numbers.
Full program terms, including opt-out instructions, supported carriers and the complete list of disclosures, are on our Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms and Privacy Notice page.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a construction business: limited internal access to client files, password-protected devices and accounts, encrypted transmission for our website, and disposal of paper records that are no longer needed. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive identifiers by email.
11. Children
Our services are directed to property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
