Why bundle

The Case For One Contractor

Splitting a project across specialists looks cheaper on paper and rarely is. Every handoff is a place where an elevation gets misread, a sleeve gets forgotten, a schedule slips two weeks, or a defect becomes somebody else’s fault. You pay for those gaps in change orders, delays and rework.

When Beast Construction Inc holds the whole scope, the person who compacted the subgrade is the person who pours on it, the person who set the drainage is the person who builds the patio over it, and the person who dug the trench is the person who paves above it. Nobody has an incentive to blame the last crew, because there was no last crew.

Services — Common Questions

How we scope, price and staff work across our service lines.

Can I hire you for just one service?

Absolutely. Plenty of our work is a single scope — a driveway, a French drain, a fence line, a slab, a demolition. Being a general contractor does not mean we only take large packages; it means we can grow with the project if you decide to add to it.

Which services do you perform with your own crews?

Excavation, land clearing, grading and drainage, underground utilities, demolition, concrete, hardscapes, decks and fencing, and general carpentry are core in-house capabilities. Licensed specialty trades such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and abatement are performed by qualified partners under our supervision and inside our contract.

How do you price multi-service projects?

Line by line. Each scope is priced with its own quantities, materials and assumptions, then combined so you can see the whole project and still evaluate the parts. That also lets you phase work — do the site work and slab now, the building next spring — without renegotiating everything.

Do you work with builders, developers and property managers?

Yes, and that repeat commercial work is a significant part of our business. Builders and developers use us for site development packages, and property managers use us for drainage corrections, pavement repair, concrete flatwork and tenant fit-ups. Ask about master service agreements for ongoing work.

What if I do not know which service I need?

Describe the symptom rather than the solution — a wet basement, a sinking driveway, a lot that needs to be buildable, a barn that has to go. Diagnosing the actual cause is part of the free estimate, and it frequently saves clients from buying a fix they did not need.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

Describe the problem — the wet basement, the sinking driveway, the lot that needs to be buildable — and we will diagnose it for free before anyone quotes a fix.
