- We walk the site. No charge. We look at grade, drainage, soils, access, utilities and existing conditions — the things that actually drive cost.
- You get a written estimate. Itemized, with allowances and exclusions stated plainly, so you can compare it honestly against another bid.

Four Questions Worth Answering First
You do not need answers to talk to us, but having them makes the first conversation far more productive — and gets you a tighter number sooner.
- Where is it? Address, parcel number or crossroads, plus which county.
- How big? Acreage, square footage, linear feet, or the dimensions you have in mind.
- What is the deadline? A closing date, a season, an inspection, or genuinely flexible.
- What do you already have? Plans, survey, plat, soils report, permits, or nothing yet.
Nothing on that list is required. We have started plenty of good projects from a phone call that began with "I have got a wet backyard and no idea what to do about it."

What people ask before they call us.
How fast will I hear back after I submit the form?
Usually the same business day, and almost always within one business day. If you submit on a Saturday afternoon or Sunday, expect a reply Monday morning. If it is urgent - active water intrusion, storm damage, a failed septic line, a collapsed driveway - call rather than submitting the form. A phone call gets a person; a form gets an inbox.
Are estimates really free, and is there any obligation?
Estimates are free and there is no obligation. We will walk the site, ask questions, and give you a written scope and price. If the project is not a good fit for us, or if what you actually need is a different trade, we will say that instead of bidding work we should not be doing.
What should I have ready before we talk?
Property address or parcel number, a rough idea of scope and size, your target timeline, whether you have plans, a survey or a plat, whether any permits have been pulled, and what access to the site looks like for equipment. None of it is mandatory - but the more you have, the tighter the first estimate will be.
Which email address should I use?
Use bids@beastconstructioninc.com for estimate requests and plans, sales@beastconstructioninc.com for new project inquiries and general questions, help@beastconstructioninc.com if you are an existing client with a question about active work or hiring, and vendors@beastconstructioninc.com if you are a supplier or subcontractor. Anything sent to the wrong one gets routed internally, so do not worry about it too much.
Do you do phone or video estimates?
For simple, well-defined scopes we can often provide a ballpark over the phone or from photos and satellite imagery, then confirm on site before contracting. Anything involving grade, drainage, structure or unknown subsurface conditions gets a site visit, because a number produced from a photo of a sloped lot is a guess and we would rather not hand you a guess.
What areas do you actually cover?
Virginia, Florida, Utah, California and Wyoming, with Virginia being our home state and deepest coverage. See the locations page for county-level detail. If your property is near the edge of a coverage area, call and ask - the answer depends on the size of the job.
