Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of beastconstructioninc.com. They are not your construction contract — the signed agreement for your project always controls the work itself, its price, its schedule and its warranty.
Last updated: August 5, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using beastconstructioninc.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Beast Construction Inc, a general contracting company operating in Virginia, Florida, Utah, California and Wyoming and a subsidiary of Beast Holding Inc.
2. The Site Is Informational, Not An Offer
Content on this Site describes the types of construction services we perform and how we generally perform them. It is general information, not a bid, quote, offer, warranty or professional engineering advice. Nothing on this Site creates a contract, and no contractual relationship exists between you and Beast Construction Inc until we have both signed a written agreement for a specific project.
Descriptions of methods, materials, depths, thicknesses, tolerances and code requirements are typical examples. Actual requirements depend on your jurisdiction, your soils, your plans and the engineer or building official of record. Do not rely on this Site to design or permit anything.
3. Estimates And Pricing
Any price, range, allowance or timeline mentioned on this Site is illustrative only. Written estimates are provided free of charge after we review the specific project, and only a written estimate signed by an authorized representative of Beast Construction Inc is valid. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to material price changes, unforeseen subsurface conditions, changes in scope, permit requirements and site access. Verbal statements do not modify a written scope; change orders do, and they are priced and signed before the work proceeds.
4. Licensing, Insurance And Scope
Beast Construction Inc holds the licenses, registrations and insurance required for the work we perform in the jurisdictions where we perform it. License numbers, certificates of insurance and bonding information are provided on request and with proposals. Where a scope requires a specialty license we do not hold in a given state, we retain a properly licensed trade partner rather than performing that scope ourselves. Licensing requirements vary by state, county and municipality, and inclusion of a service on this Site does not mean it is available in every jurisdiction we serve.
5. Communications, Text Messaging And Consent
By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you consent to be contacted by Beast Construction Inc by phone and email about your inquiry or project. Text messaging is separate and always optional. We send SMS text messages only to numbers whose owner affirmatively opted in by checking an unchecked text-messaging box on one of our forms, by confirming verbally, by initialing a paper consent line, or by texting us first. Transactional project messages and promotional messages are collected as two separate consents, and neither is ever bundled with another permission or required in order to submit a form, receive an estimate, or purchase anything from us.
Message frequency varies: typically 2–8 messages per month for active project alerts and up to 4 per month for seasonal offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. You may also opt out by calling (833) BY-BEAST or (801) 407-9448, or by emailing help@beastconstructioninc.com. Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and text messaging must not be relied on for emergencies.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message service used strictly to deliver the messages you requested. Complete program terms are in our SMS Terms & Mobile Messaging Policy, and all information you send is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal identifiers through this Site. Do not use our forms or email addresses to send unsolicited commercial messages; vendor and subcontractor inquiries belong at vendors@beastconstructioninc.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its host or any related systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our forms
- Harvest email addresses, phone numbers or content for commercial solicitation
- Reproduce, republish or repurpose Site content, including page text, as your own
- Misrepresent yourself as affiliated with, employed by or authorized to bid on behalf of Beast Construction Inc
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — text, page layout, graphics, logos, the Beast Construction Inc name and mark, the taglines "One Source. Start to Finish." and "Building Strong Foundations. Delivering Quality Results.", photographs and documentation — is owned by Beast Construction Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view, print and share pages for your own non-commercial use in evaluating our services. Any other reproduction, distribution, framing or derivative use requires our written permission.
8. Photographs And Project Imagery
Photographs on this Site depict work performed by Beast Construction Inc unless labeled otherwise, and are published with owner permission where required. Placeholder graphics identify images that have not yet been replaced with project photography. Images are illustrative of workmanship and project type; they are not a promise that your project will match a photographed project in design, material, finish or cost.
9. No Warranty For Site Content
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and current, but we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or availability of Site content, or about its fitness for any particular purpose. Codes, prices, service areas and availability change. Confirm anything you intend to rely on by contacting us directly.
Warranties for construction work are separate. They are stated in your project contract and in the manufacturer warranties for products installed, and nothing on this Site expands, limits or replaces them.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beast Construction Inc and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or from reliance on Site content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies you have under a signed construction contract with us, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites such as manufacturers, suppliers, lenders, permitting authorities or industry associations. Those links are provided for convenience. We do not control, endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, products, services or privacy practices.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beast Construction Inc from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these terms, or your submission of false or infringing information through the Site.
13. Governing Law And Venue
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Lunenburg County, Virginia, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction. Disputes arising from a construction contract are governed by the dispute resolution terms of that contract, which control over this section.
14. Severability And Waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
15. Changes To These Terms
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. The current version takes effect when posted, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. Check the "last updated" date above.
